Work Smarter with AI

This workshop, conducted at Lembaga Psikologi Terapan, Universitas Indonesia (LPT UI), aimed to introduce participants to the practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a tool for improving productivity and enabling smarter ways of working. The session provided a brief overview of the history and evolution of AI, followed by an introduction to key concepts including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI. Beyond theoretical concepts, the workshop emphasized practical application through hands-on activities, where participants explored how AI tools can be incorporated into everyday professional tasks and workflows. Participants were encouraged to identify opportunities where AI could support activities such as information processing, content generation, problem-solving, and task automation. The workshop ultimately aimed to build a practical understanding of AI and demonstrate that its value goes beyond simply generating answers. By understanding how to effectively interact with and utilize modern AI systems, participants can work more efficiently, reduce repetitive tasks, and focus their time on higher-value activities.
